Shipping Info

All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to our headquarters. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or Holidays.

All shipping prices are based on the item weight, and distance of travel.
Prices are set according to the USPS & UPS pricing guidelines/costs

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service. All domestic in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed regardless of selected shipping method.

Please note that ship times are when your order is processed and leaves our headquarters, not from when your order is placed. All orders are subject to the 3 day processing before shipment.

International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service International Mail.
All international in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed. Depending on the country you live in, it can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order, generally most orders are received within 2-4 weeks.

The cost of shipping depends on the location and the weight of the package. Prices differ depending on the country that you live in.

Some countries require the customer to pay a customs duty or tax when picking up their package.This is completely out of our hands. Please do not ask to mark a package as "gift," as this is illegal.

Return Policy

We will accept an exchange on any clothing item as long as it has not been washed or worn and is in re-sellable condition and is returned within 60 days of original order delivery date.

For all music items we will only be able to accept returns on items that are unopened.

All sales of limited edition items are final.

All returns/exchanges must be received within 60 days of your orders original delivery date.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your exchange and reship the item you request.
If there are any issues with your exchange we will contact you via email.

You will be responsible for a reshipping fee in addition to the one-time $2.00 restocking fee. The restocking fee is charged per order, not per item.

If you are just returning an order and would like a credit to your original payment method (credit card or paypal), you will be refunded for the cost of the item(s) minus the $2 restocking fee once your returned merchandise arrives.
